Student cancellations within 5 business days of class will not receive a refund; however, student substitutions are welcome, or the fee may be applied to attendance at one of our later classes (depending on availability). A reschedule fee may apply. Rescheduling or refunds are available for courses cancelled by A3ES due to unforeseen circumstances.
